Q will I be able to quickly handle new opportunities such as telephone calls from frantic mothers trying to get their son out of jail before he is murdered by some dangerous criminal?

Q How do we share case information? I mean, when one agent answers a telephone call and begins to work a case; if the client or one of the cosigners calls this bail bond office, will I be able to pickup where they left off?

Q Will I be able to use this program to automatically send this information to another bail bond software program? You see, my bail bond office requires us agents to use a really ackward bail bond program that is buggy and I have to use it everyday to record all of my posted bonds that day.

Q Why do you have several different program configurations? We have sixteen liable agents and we need to be able to work together on several bond applications at once. Do we need to have the same program configuration to work together?

Q If I am working in an area where my notebook computer won't connect to the Internet, will your program work offline?

Q I saw your program at the bail bond association meeting. You demonstrated the ease to input data. I liked being able to type the defendant's name without separating it into first middle last last. Many Mexican names use both parents last name. Many jails use one last name only. How does your program keep track of the defendant's name?

Q Does your program generate 30, 60, 90 days payment overdue letters?

Q Most bail bond phone calls do not work out. The defendant doesn't have a lagitimate job, no one to sign for them, they don't have any way to secure the bond principle, and no way to pay the bond premium. Does your program keep the defendant and cosigner information for future reference?

Q If I have a skip and have to pay money for their capture, is there any way to mark that defendant as a high risk bond? Will other agencies, that use your program, be able or be willing to share this type of information with me?

Q I see that your program searches the social security number (SSN) for the defendant and for each cosigner as it is typed. Does it search major bail bond or investigator search databases? How much does this cost?

Q My local clerk of court website doesn't allow me (the public) to search by social security number (SSN). Will your program be able to search their website by SSN?

Q Why is your program better for me to use to search by social security number (SSN) then to search commercial bail bond, insurance investigator, or private detective search programs?
